Let us know which setting your group would like to surf. We create a waitlist for you which can remain private just for your group members. You can see who has joined, who still needs to, who has paid and then if needed, open the list up to the public.
One button, one form. Pick the wavepool, set your wave settings, choose the date and capacity. Then decide:
Private sessions means just you and your mates in that session. But to unlock a custom setting then you’ll need both sides of the wavepool if it’s a Wavegarden wavepool. We’ll tell you the exact number for your wavepool when you submit the details. Minimum thresholds to move to payment are 1.5x demand vs the minimum capacity. Once this happens ticketing goes live and payment links are offered on a first registered, first served basis.
Hit the full-lake minimum and the wavepool opens up its premium menu — settings normally not sold to the public, or settings that exist on the standard catalogue but are released for the entire session length (T4 for two hours straight, etc.). This is the part most surfers don’t realise is possible.
We’ve learned the format that fills wavepools best: publicly advertised, fixed date, capped capacity, with a waitlist for overflow. Your crew gets the link first and locks their spots; the public posting catches the people you don’t know who happened to be looking. The waitlist takes the pressure off if a few cancel late — the next people in line slot in automatically.
