What level should I be?+
You need to have surfed at the wave already and be comfortable on settings which are close to or the same as the private settings being run.
Have you joined the Club?+
By joining the Club you get the ability to buy private sessions. We register you with Surf England and, in doing so, you get the insurance you need to be able to do these sessions.
Why do we need more people than are needed to join the waitlist?+
Because everyone has their own preference for dates, it’s impossible to cater to individual needs. Gauging demand lets us find a date that’s most in demand and works, then start going out to the group to collect payment and secure slots.
Can I cancel?+
You can find someone else to surf the slot, or contact us and we’ll reach out to the other names on the waitlist. A full refund is possible 4 weeks before the session, 50% is refundable 2 weeks before the session, and 6 days or less the slot is non-refundable.
