With the roll out of wave pools and being able to train locally this means we can get Surf Coaching input no matter where the coach lives.

To personalise the coaching to the next level we include 3 x offline video debriefs. 

Send the coach 3 x video clips over the month and they will send back 3-5 minute videos focusing on the most important skill for you to focus on.

Use these videos as focus tools just before you enter the water to prioritise what to think about in the session. 

Too much pressure and expectation can be detrimental, too little and you just do the same things again and again with no progress.
